Description: The Community Learning Network Web site is operated by the Open Learning Agency. It acts as an online resource centre for the K-12 public and private education sector in British Columbia. The main sections of the Web site as of November 2002 are the Theme Pages with links in support of the BC curriculum and instructional support materials; the Network Nuggets pages dating back to at least 1996 that serve as a kind of Weblog to online resources of potential interest to educators; Subject Areas specific to the BC curriculum; Teachers & Technology that introduces teachers to the use of computers and the Internet in education; and Kid's Stuff, a page with links to various activities for younger students. The CLN also provides links to all K-12 and post-secondary, both public and private, Web sites through its K-12 Community page.
